RETURNS

Standard items if new and in resalable condition be returned for credit within 60 days. There may be a restocking charge. Special orders and custom assemblies are not eligible
for return. Equipment that has been used or damaged cannot be returned. Return authorization must be obtained before products are returned.

WARRANTY

I&E Central, LLC is a distributor. Warranties are extended and passed through from the manufacturers we represent. Warranties vary with product line and range from one year to lifetime.

STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS

Net 30 days or credit card (credit card processing fee of 3% will be applied to total cost). After an initial 7-day grace period, a monthly 1.5% service charge
shall apply to overdue balances. Invoice issued/credit card processed on date of shipment. These terms shall constitute the only agreement of the parties relating to payment terms, superseding any prior understandings, written or otherwise. A failure of the Seller to insist upon strict performance of any contract provision shall not
constitute a waiver of the right to enforcement of that or any contractual provision. No representations, warranties, covenants, terms or conditions shall apply except as
specifically set forth in writing. In the event Seller determines that enforcement of payment is required, Seller shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and any other reasonable costs incurred, in addition to any other entitlement to relief. This sale shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
