Here are a few things to keep in mind when doing business with I&E Central:

Placing orders
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, or email. If you are a first time customer, it is always a good idea to confirm phone orders after they are placed. Be sure to clearly mark confirming orders. In the case of larger orders, we will sometimes require a written order (faxed or emailed of course).

Shipping and Taxes
All shipments are FOB shipping point, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. By law, we must collect NY state sales tax on all in-state sales. If you are tax-exempt, I&E Central must receive a copy of your exemption certificate along with your order.

Typical terms are net 30 days with approved credit. We also accept all major credit cards.

Please contact us immediately if you need to return your order. Authorization must be obtained prior to returning items for any reason.

Of course all products are covered by their manufacturers warranty. Repair or replacement of defective products is handled directly by the manufacturer, though we will be happy to assist with any warranty issues.
