Doing Business with I&E Central

Here are a few things to keep in mind when doing business with I&E Central:

Placing orders
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, or email, however the easiest method is to download, print and fax-in our order form.

If you are a first time customer, it is always a good idea to confirm phone orders after they are placed. Be sure to clearly mark confirming orders.

Pricing
Prices listed on this web site are for reference only. Contact us for exact pricing before ordering, as with many of the products we offer, discount pricing is available.

Shipping and Taxes
All shipments are FOB shipping point, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. By law, we must collect NY state sales tax on all in-state sales. If you are tax-exempt, I&E Central must receive a copy of your exemption certificate along with your order.

Payment
Typical terms are net 30 days with approved credit. We also accept all major credit cards.

Returns
Please contact us immediately if you need to return your order. Authorization must be obtained prior toreturning items for any reason.

Warranty
Of course all products are covered by their manufacturers warranty. Repair or replacement of defective products is handled directly by the manufacturer.
